Easy Warm Vegan Curry
A simple veggie curry over forbidden black rice with lemongrass and coconut aminos.

01Cook forbidden black rice per package. 2. In a hot wok, cook gold and sweet potatoes, carrots and broccoli with a splash of water until soft, ~10 min. 3. Add kale and spices; cook 1 min. 4. Add lemongrass oil, tamarind/lemon and coconut aminos; cook 1 min. 5. Serve over rice and top with fresh basil.
