Stir until the ingredients are evenly distributed. 3. Adjust texture: if the mixture feels too wet, add more flour 1 tablespoon at a time until it holds together. It should be firm enough to shape without crumbling. 4. Shape into 5 equal, round patties. 5. Over medium heat, add the olive oil to a pan. Cook each patty 5 minutes per side or until golden brown.
