01Preheat oven to 425°F. 2. Place cut veggies into a bowl and toss in olive oil. Add za’atar and continue to toss. 3. Place veggies on a pan lined with parchment paper. Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes. 4. Stuff into pitas and serve.
