Rejuvenate Bars
No-bake nutrient-dense snack bars made with oats, nut butter, seeds, and dried fruit for a balanced energy boost.

01Line a small baking dish or loaf pan with parchment paper. In a large bowl, combine the oats, chopped dates, chia seeds, flaxseed, cinnamon, and salt. In a separate bowl, stir together the nut butter, honey, and vanilla until smooth. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly until evenly combined. Fold in the chopped almonds. Press the mixture firmly into the prepared pan. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm, then cut into 12 bars and store chilled.
