Broccoli & Walnut Orecchiette

    Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. 2. Add the orecchiette and cook according to package directions. In the last 3 minutes of cooking, add the broccoli to the same pot. 3. Reserve about 1/2 cup pasta water, then drain the pasta and broccoli. 4. While the pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant. 5. Add the drained pasta and broccoli to the skillet. Stir in lemon zest, lemon juice, chopped walnuts, and Parmesan. 6. Add a splash of reserved pasta water as needed to lightly coat the pasta. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. 7. Divide into 2 servings and serve warm.
