    Combine beans and corn: In a large mixing bowl, add the black beans, kidney beans, and corn. Stir gently to mix. 2. Add vegetables: Fold in the bell pepper, cucumber, and red onion. 3. Season: Drizzle olive oil over the mixture. Sprinkle in paprika, garlic powder, nutritional yeast, and sea salt. Toss until everything is evenly coated. 4. Add chicken: Gently fold in the Abbott’s chicken. 5. Finish with salsa: Add the salsa and mix lightly to distribute. 6. Chill and serve: Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to allow flavors to meld. Add diced avocado immediately before serving to prevent browning. Serve cold or warm.
