- 2 whole โ packages of Abbott’s plant-based chicken
- 1 cup โ bell pepper, diced
- 1 whole โ ½ cup cucumber, diced
- 1 whole โ ¼ cup red onion, diced
- 2 Tbsp โ olive oil
- 1 whole โ ½ Tbsp paprika
- 1 whole โ ½ Tbsp garlic powder
- 1 whole โ ¼ cup nutritional yeast
- 1 whole โ ¼ tsp sea salt
- 1 whole โ ¼ cup salsa
- 2 whole โ avocados, diced
