Stir in the oats, protein powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. 5. Fold in the dark chocolate. 6. Evenly fill 10 muffin cups and bake for 15-18 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. 7. Let it sit in the pan for 10 minutes before moving to a wire rack.
