Vanilla Spiced Energy Balls
No-bake oat energy balls with almond butter, vanilla, cinnamon, and optional flax or chia for a lightly sweet, fiber-rich snack.

01In a medium bowl, mix the oats, almond butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until well combined. Stir in the ground flaxseed or chia seeds if using. If the mixture seems too dry, add 1 to 2 teaspoons of water until it becomes sticky enough to hold together. Roll the mixture into 12 equal 1-inch balls. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
