In a medium bowl, mix the oats, almond butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until well combined.
Ingredients (for 12 servings)
1 cup โ quick oats
1 whole โ ½ cup almond butter
2 tbsp โ honey or maple syrup
1 tsp โ vanilla extract
1 tsp โ ground cinnamon
1 whole โ Optional 2 tbsp ground flaxseed or chia seeds
1 whole โ Instructions
1 whole โ Mix oats, almond butter, honey, vanilla, and cinnamon in a bowl.
1 whole โ Stir until sticky; add water if needed.
1 whole โ Roll into 1-inch balls.
1 whole โ Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
