Indian-spiced potatoes and peas in a tomato-ginger sauce.

    Steam diced potatoes until tender; prepare peas. 2. Saute onion and garlic in coconut oil until translucent. 3. Add ginger, curry powder and garam masala; stir 1 min. 4. Add cherry tomatoes and a splash of water; cook covered 5-10 min. 5. Add honey, salt, then peas and potatoes; combine. 6. Top with cilantro and lime.
