Vegan Pad Thai
Brown-rice noodle pad thai in an almond-butter coconut-aminos sauce.

01Cook pad thai noodles per package. 2. Saute onion in a wok 2-3 min, add garlic 1 min. 3. Add carrots and bell pepper; saute 2-3 min. 4. Push veggies aside; whisk almond butter, coconut aminos and maple syrup, then combine. 5. Add noodles and toss. 6. Serve with cilantro, sesame seeds and lime.
