Seeded Crackers

01Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Mix chia seeds, flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, dried herbs, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Add water and let sit for 15 minutes until the mixture gels. Spread evenly in a thin layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 30–35 minutes, carefully flip or score, then bake for another 20 minutes until crisp and dry. Cool completely and break into crackers.
