Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
Ingredients (for 4 servings)
1 whole โ ¼ cup chia seeds
1 whole โ ¼ cup flaxseeds
1 whole โ ¼ cup sunflower seeds
1 whole โ ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
2 tbsp โ sesame seeds
1 tsp โ mixed dried herbs
1 whole โ ½ tsp black pepper
1 whole โ ½ tsp salt
1 cup โ water

1 whole โ Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
1 whole โ Mix seeds, herbs, salt, and pepper.
1 whole โ Add water and let sit for 15 minutes to gel.
1 whole โ Spread on parchment-lined sheet.
1 whole โ Bake 30–35 minutes, flip, and bake for another 20 minutes.
1 whole โ Cool and break into crackers.
