01Prepare the vegetables: Cube the bell pepper and red apple, chop the radishes, halve the cherry tomatoes, and dice the onion. Place all the prepared vegetables in a large mixing bowl. 2. Toss in dried cherries and pomegranate seeds. Mix gently to combine. 3. In a small jar, combine olive oil, white balsamic vinegar, honey, chives, and shake well. Pour the dressing over the chopped ingredients and toss gently to coat. Alternatively, serve the dressing on the side.
