    Boil cashews for 10 minutes or soak overnight. 2. Blend the cashews, milk, lemon juice, yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt until smooth. 3. In a pan over medium heat, sauté the spinach and artichokes for 3-4 minutes. 4. Stir the vegetables into the cashew mixture and transfer to a small baking dish. 5. Bake at 375°F for 10-12 minutes and serve warm.
