    Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. 2. Steam the broccoli until bright green and tender, about 5–7 minutes. 3. Blend the sauce: In a blender, combine tofu, nutritional yeast, plant milk, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, turmeric, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy. 4. Heat the sauce in a pan over medium heat until warmed through and slightly thickened. 5. Combine: Add cooked pasta and steamed broccoli to the sauce. Stir until everything is well coated. 6. Serve hot, topped with crushed red pepper (optional) and hemp seeds
