Chocolate Zucchini Pancakes

01Whisk the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. 2. Add the almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla, and oil. Stir until smooth. 3. Fold in the zucchini. 4. Heat a pan over medium heat and add oil. 5. Pour the batter into pancakes and cook until bubbles form on the top. 6. Flip and cook the other side until set. 7. Serve warm with syrup.
