Harissa Carrot & Chickpea Grain Bowl

01Preheat oven to 400°F. 2. Toss carrots and chickpeas with olive oil and harissa paste until evenly coated. 3. Spread onto a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes, stirring halfway, until carrots are tender and chickpeas are lightly crisped. 4. Warm cooked grain if needed. 5. Assemble the bowl by layering grain and topping with roasted carrots and chickpeas.
