Blueberry Pear Buckwheat Muffins
Wild blueberry and pear muffins made with buckwheat and millet flours.

01Preheat oven to 350F. 2. Blend buckwheat, millet and flax seed; transfer to a mixing bowl. 3. Blend sugar, macadamia nuts or pecans, salt, baking soda; add to bowl. 4. Blend water, wild blueberries, pears and lime juice; add to bowl. 5. Stir together, then fold in extra blueberries, hemp seeds and shredded coconut. 6. Pour into a bread pan or muffin tins. 7. Bake 25 min at 350F. 8. Cool and enjoy.
