Sweet Potato Buns
Grain-free sweet potato buns for sandwiches and burgers.

01Preheat oven to 350F and line a sheet. 2. Mash sweet potatoes; mix in ground flax. 3. Add ground oats, quinoa, pecans and baking powder; mix to an even batter. 4. Form 3/4-inch buns. 5. Bake 10 min, flip and top with sesame seeds, then 7-10 min more. 6. Cool 5 min.
