Spaghetti Squash Chow Mein
Spaghetti squash noodles stir-fried with veggies and coconut aminos.

01Shred cooked spaghetti squash into noodles. 2. Saute onion, celery and carrots in oil until crisp-tender, ~8 min; add garlic and ginger 1 min. 3. Add coconut aminos and squash noodles; toss to heat through and season. 4. Stir in spinach at the end; garnish with green onions and serve warm.
