Vegan Cauliflower Crust Pizza
Grain-free cauliflower pizza crust topped with sauce and veggies.

01Preheat oven to 400F and line a sheet. 2. Thaw frozen riced cauliflower (or steam fresh cauliflower then rice it). 3. Wring out all excess moisture in a towel. 4. Mix drained cauliflower with ground flax/chia, almond flour, salt, garlic and oregano into a dough. 5. Press into a crust and bake, then add sauce and toppings and bake again.
