Potato Burgers
Buckwheat-and-potato veggie burgers seasoned with nori and thyme.

01Preheat oven to 375F. 2. Process peeled, chopped potatoes in a food processor. 3. Add red onion; run 1 min and add water. 4. Blend buckwheat groats and nori into flour; add to processor with salt, pepper and thyme; process to combine. 5. Form patties; bake 20 min or pan-cook both sides. Serve.
