Vegan French Toast
Almond-butter battered gluten-free French toast.

01Blend almond butter, plant milk, starch, oat flour, cinnamon, vanilla and maple syrup. 2. Heat a griddle (oil if needed). 3. Soak each bread slice briefly in batter, let excess drip off. 4. Cook, flipping when golden brown. 5. Serve with berries, vanilla cream and/or maple syrup.
