01In a bowl, whisk the soy sauce, rice vinegar, maple syrup, and sesame oil together. Add the tofu slices and marinate for 10-15 minutes. 2. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the tofu slices and cook on both sides until golden, about 3-4 minutes per side. 3. Cut the baguette lengthwise and toast until the desired texture is reached. 4. Spread the hummus onto both sides of the baguette. Layer the tofu, pickled carrots, pickled onion, cucumber slices, and cilantro. 5. Close the baguette and slice it into portions.
