01Massage kale with 1 tsp olive oil until tender. In a large bowl, combine kale, red cabbage, carrots, pomegranate seeds, avocado, hemp seeds, and walnuts. In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, remaining olive oil, turmeric, and a pinch of black pepper. Drizzle dressing over salad, toss well, and serve.
