Vegan Waffles
Crisp gluten-free waffles made from a blend of buckwheat, millet and quinoa.

01Blend buckwheat groats, millet and quinoa into a flour. 2. Add flaxseed, salt and baking soda; blend again. 3. Add applesauce, maple syrup and vanilla; blend. 4. Add enough water to make a pourable batter (add chia if too thin). 5. Pour into a waffle maker and cook per appliance instructions. 6. Top with berries and syrup; enjoy.
