    Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Halve the zucchinis lengthwise and scoop out the centers. Brush with olive oil and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes. In a bowl, combine cooked lentils, marinara sauce, roasted garlic, nutritional yeast, hemp seeds, Italian herbs, and pepper. Fill the zucchini boats with the mixture. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until tender and heated through. Top with chopped parsley or fresh basil before serving.
