Banana Walnut Muffins
Classic banana muffins with walnuts and a hint of cranberry.

01Preheat oven to 350F. 2. Blend buckwheat, millet and flax seed; transfer to a mixing bowl. 3. Blend sugar, walnuts, salt, baking soda; add to bowl. 4. Blend water, banana, cranberries and lime juice; add to bowl. 5. Stir together (optional add-ins: sunflower seeds, hemp seeds, shredded coconut, wild blueberries). 6. Pour into a bread pan or muffin tins. 7. Bake 25 min at 350F. 8. Cool and enjoy.
