No-bake hemp-and-puffed-rice bars with a carob chocolate topping.

01Line a pan with parchment. 2. Mix cashew butter, vanilla and maple syrup, then stir in hemp seeds and puffed rice cereal. 3. Press evenly into the pan with wet hands. 4. Melt carob chips with cashew butter; pour over and smooth. 5. Freeze 30 min, cut into squares and store in the freezer.
