Creamy Veggie Cheese Pasta
A nut-and-veggie 'cheese' sauce over gluten-free pasta.

01Roast garlic at 400F. 2. Boil potatoes, red pepper, carrots, onion and cashews until potatoes are tender, ~20 min. 3. Blend the measured veggies and cashews with roasted garlic, lemon, miso, mustard, paprika and salt until creamy. 4. Cook pasta; toss with the sauce, thinning as needed. Devour.
