    Briefly blend garlic, broccoli, potatoes, red onion and kale in a food processor. 2. Add water, buckwheat flour, thyme, salt and pepper; process to combine. 3. Form patties and bake 20 min at 375F, or pan-cook both sides. Enjoy.
