Millet bowl with roasted sweet potato and glazed cauliflower.

01Preheat oven to 400F. 2. Roast cubed sweet potato 20 min. 3. Whisk coconut aminos, maple syrup and spices; toss with cauliflower and roast for the last 12 min. 4. Toast and cook millet ~15 min; rest 10 min. 5. Assemble millet, sweet potato, cauliflower, tomatoes and spinach; garnish and drizzle with dressing.
