Banana Buckwheat Bread

    Preheat oven to 350F; line a loaf pan or muffin tin. 2. Blend buckwheat and flaxseed into flour; transfer to a bowl. 3. Blend salt, sugar, baking soda and optional nuts; add to bowl. 4. Blend water, bananas, citrus juice and walnuts; add to bowl. 5. Stir together with any fold-ins; pour into pan. 6. Bake 25 min; cool.
