1 whole โ Put all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until you get a creamy mixture. If it’s too thick, add water gradually, one tablespoon at a time.

1 whole โ Let it ferment on your counter for 24 to 48 hours. After the first day, taste it—the flavor should be tangy and a touch sour.
