- 4 whole โ garlic cloves, minced
- 2 whole โ medium shallots, diced
- 2 whole โ roasted red peppers (from a jar), diced
- 1 whole โ lemon, juiced
- 1 whole โ 1½ cups fresh green peas
- 1 whole โ ½ cup toasted pine nuts
- 1 whole โ 1½ cups fresh basil leaves
- 2 Tbsp โ olive oil
- 1 pinch โ salt
- 1 pinch โ ground black pepper
- 2 cups โ arugula
