- 1 tbsp โ ground flaxseed
- 1 whole โ ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup โ mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
- 2 tbsp โ almond butter or peanut butter
- 1 whole โ Optional drizzle of maple syrup
