- 2 Tbsp โ olive oil
- 4 whole โ garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 whole โ onion, roughly chopped
- 2 tsp โ ground cumin
- 2 tsp โ ground coriander
- 5 cups โ vegetable stock
- 12 oz โ potatoes, peeled and finely chopped
- 425 whole โ g/15 oz can of chickpeas, drained
- 1 Tbsp โ flour
- 0 cup โ almond milk or coconut creamer
- 2 Tbsp โ light tahini (sesame seed paste)
- 200 whole โ g/7 oz spinach, shredded
- 1 Pinch โ of cayenne pepper
- 1 whole โ Salt and pepper to taste
