Millet Porridge
Warm, toasted millet porridge with cinnamon and fresh fruit.

01Warm a dry pot over medium-high. 2. Pulse half the millet to a sandy texture, then add the rest. 3. Toast the millet in the dry pot 2-3 min. 4. Add nut/seed milk and water; boil, then simmer 15-20 min. 5. Stir in cinnamon and maple syrup; top with fruit. Enjoy.
