    Preheat oven to 400F and line a sheet. 2. Wash and halve the squash lengthwise. 3. Remove seeds; place cut-side down. 4. Bake 30-40 min until the skin pierces easily. 5. Cool, then scrape the flesh into noodle strands. 6. Serve or store 1-2 days.
