Superfood Veggie Tortilla Wraps
Soft quinoa tortillas filled with raw or lightly cooked veggies.

01Soak quinoa 2-6 hours; rinse and blend. 2. Add garlic, salt, pepper and herbs; blend. 3. Add a little oil and just enough water to cover; blend. 4. Cook thin pancakes on a skillet until golden both sides. 5. Fill with veggies and sauce. Enjoy.
