Veggie Spring Rolls

Fresh rice-paper rolls packed with crunchy veggies and a tahini dipping sauce.

    Whisk all sauce ingredients, thinning with water; set aside. 2. Soak rice paper in warm water ~30 sec until pliable. 3. Arrange fillings on the lower third, fold in the sides and roll tightly. 4. Repeat; serve with sesame seeds and dipping sauce.
