Sweet Potato Chips
Thinly sliced sweet potatoes baked low and slow into crisp chips.

01Preheat oven to 250F and line a baking sheet. 2. Slice sweet potatoes very thin; toss with aquafaba or a tiny bit of oil. 3. Arrange in one layer. 4. Bake ~2 hours, flipping once after 1 hour; sprinkle with salt or dulse. 5. Enjoy plain or with salsa or guacamole.
