Veggie Hummus
Oil-free zucchini-based hummus served with raw veggies or as a wrap filling.

01Blend zucchini, garlic, cumin, lemon juice and tahini until very creamy. 2. Taste and add optional red pepper flakes, herbs or sea salt. 3. Serve with raw veggies, or use in romaine leaves with tomato, sprouts and scallions.
