Fruit Salad with Citrus Vanilla Chia Dressing

01Whisk together orange juice, lemon juice, vanilla extract, chia seeds, and Greek yogurt in a small bowl. Let sit for 5 minutes so the chia seeds begin to thicken the dressing. In a large bowl, combine the strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, and pineapple. Spoon the dressing over the fruit and toss gently to coat. Divide into 2 servings and serve immediately, or chill for 10 minutes before serving.
