Peanut Butter Banana Date Bites
Naturally sweet no-bake snack bites made with flattened Medjool dates, banana slices, almond butter, and a drizzle of dark chocolate.

01Slice each pitted date open and lay them on a cutting board. 2. Place a piece of parchment paper over the dates and gently flatten them using the bottom of a glass. 3. Add a banana slice on top of each flattened date. 4. Spoon a small dab of almond butter onto each banana slice. 5. Melt the dark chocolate chips with the avocado oil and stir until smooth. 6. Drizzle the melted chocolate mixture over each date. 7. Chill in the fridge for 10 minutes, or until the chocolate is fully set.
