Cinnamon Sweet Crepes
Thin quinoa-millet crepes filled with banana and berries.

01Soak quinoa/millet 2-6 hours. 2. Rinse and blend. 3. Add cinnamon and optional spices; blend. 4. Add water to just cover and a little avocado oil; blend. 5. Cook thin crepes in a lightly oiled skillet, flipping once. 6. Fill with banana and berries and fold. 7. Drizzle with maple syrup or powdered sugar; enjoy.
