Apple Salsa with Cinnamon Tortilla Chips

01Preheat oven to 400°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats. Cut each tortilla into 6 wedges and arrange in a single layer on baking sheets. In a small bowl combine maple syrup, ½ teaspoon of the cinnamon, the cayenne pepper, and 1 tablespoon water. Brush onto chips. Bake 6 to 10 minutes or until chips start to brown and are crisp. Cool on a wire rack. In a medium bowl stir together the remaining ingredients and the remaining ½ teaspoon cinnamon. Serve with Cinnamon Chips. To Store: Refrigerate salsa up to 3 days; stir before serving. Store chips in an airtight container at room temperature up to 3 days.
