    Preheat oven to 375F. 2. Make chia eggs and rest. 3. Combine coconut sugar, flour, baking soda, pumpkin spice and salt. 4. Add pumpkin puree, coconut oil, chia eggs and vanilla; mix. 5. Roll into balls, flatten slightly; bake 10-12 min. 6. Cool and enjoy.
